I'm trying to figure out how to add the email button in with the digg digg plugin. I got a publisher id on sharethis and enabled the email button in the 'Floating Display' page. However, nothing happens... there isn't an email button or anything. Is there is anything else I need to do to activate it?

yes, there is an email button at the end of the floating bar... mind enabled the floating effect and send me the url for review?

Ah. I had enabled both Normal and Floating, but I had actually only added buttons to the Normal view. Do you not have e-mail in the normal view?
With floating it doesn't seem to know that there is more than one blog entry in a page... is there a way to signal this?
