Upgraded to 4.5.3.3 and my javascript slideshow images in my header disappeared. I cannot figure out what is causing the conflict. When I deactivate the plugin, my header images come back.

MemberI had the same problem - header images disappearing in certain pages. I took out the header images and all content, and put one element back in at a time to isolate what the culprit was.
It turned out to be hr / tags! Somehow the Digg Digg module doesn't like these tags and so I just took them out of my site altogether.
