For some reason, my Digg Digg bar will only display in the Scrolling position - it does not appear until you reach the point where the bar should start scrolling.
Anyone have a similar issue?
Doesn't display in Initial Position, only Scrolling Position

MemberI discovered digg digg was loading jQuery which overrode my settings in my functions.php, causing jQuery to be loaded twice. However, the issue remains.
