DiggDigg Displaying Wrong Thumbnail On Homepage

Hello,

Our site just recently updated to 4.5.2, and installed the new Facebook Send button on our Homepage. However, it continues to pull up the wrong Thumbnail.

Put a default thumbnail in Global settings. Later it will take the first image as thumbnail.
