I added DiggDigg, with comments, Twitter and Facebook like, but when comments is clicked on it does not jump to the comments. I have Disqus installed so maybe that's the problem, and looking at the code I'm not sure how to change it so it works okay. Any ideas??

Key MasterWhen the comment is clicked, it will link back to "#respond", a standard wordpress comment id.
For your case, you may need to add a "#respond" a tag manually.
