For all of my share buttons (Digg, Facebook, etc), it posts the title of my blog rather than the excerpt from my blog post. How do I change that? I HATE that when I submit something it doesn't excerpt from my post. Please help! And yes, I do have enable digg to excerpt checked.

Key MasterNo, you do not need to have enable digg to excerpt checked. DD does not control how shared works, it's rely on the buttons' site.
