Hello,
Installed the update today, and noticed that the +1 button keeps putting a giant white bar over our post content, specifically over our videos.

It's a hard coded inline-css statement on the < iframe > that gives it a width of 300px. It's only visible in Chrome for me (I checked on FF4/IE8), but either way, they need to address it.

Sorry, i don't see any parameter to configure the width and height of Google +1 iframe :
Try :
Wrap you youtube video with a div , and set the z-index (CSS) to 9999
